Tries to fix a build issue we keep seeing where for some reason hyperlight-guest-bin is not being rebuilt and regular clang is used instead of the one set by HYPERLIGHT_GUEST_TOOLCHAIN_ROOT, when building wasm_runtime (as part of hyperlight-wasm's build.rs)
